Ati radeon 4650 driver error

Hi,

I keep on having this error for a while now. Every time I open a full screen game, this message appears and it interrupts the game I am running. Sometimes it shows up immediately after opening the game, sometimes it lets me run the game for about an hour before it happens.

Aside from that, I also see the same error whenever I open the driver control panel. I tried to reinstall the driver 3 times, completing the process and rebooting the computer afterwards, but it's still the same.

ERROR MESSAGE: 'Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I hope you'll be able to help me with this.

Thanks.

It is a common problem if you are using Catalyst Control Centre 7.2, Anyways there is a solution given below and follow it step by step:

  1. Go to control panel and complete uninstall all ATI drivers and Catalyst Control Centre.
  2. Uninstall all Microsoft .Net Framework.
  3. Reboot your pc.
  4. Download the drivers from ATI website and Catalyst Control Centre 7.1 not 7.2.
  5. Install the drivers and Catalyst Control Centre 7.1.
  6. Reboot your pc and your problem is solved.

The error 'Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation' or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specified." is caused by the ATi Catalyst drivers. Please uninstall ATI driver completely  and then use ccleaner(http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner)  to clean up any remaining files .  After that  download  ATI driver from this link http://www.amd.com/en-us/markets/game/downloads and after download install fresh ATI drive

If the exact same error appears when you play a game and open the driver control panel, then the problem might be coming from the video card driver itself. Try to uninstall and reinstall the video card driver. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.

Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your ATI Radeon HD 4650 video card software among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then restart the computer. After booting, install the video card driver back and see if it works. If this doesn’t work, download the latest software for your video card. Go to ATI Radeon HD 4650 Drivers & Support. Here, select your correct operating system.

Expand the item that corresponds to your operating system then download and install all the available drivers for your platform. ATI Radeon HD 4650 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Linux both 32-bit and 64-bit. See if this works.
