I have been running ASUS live update for 2 days straight now, and it is still not done with the updating process, it's still trying to download the files. Is there an easier and faster way to do the updates?

When you are downloading Asus Live Update, Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall. When finish the download make sure to re enable.
If it doesn't help us to use DriverAgent to identify any out date drivers. You can download it from here:

So you can uninstall the live update and save your time.

I have suffered a lot with the thing. Then I uninstalled it.
Now, I use Windows 7 which has an auto update option. It works very much well rather than Asus Live update. Â If you are using Windows 7 there is no need to download updates from Asus live updating software tools.
