Are you not being able to download your favorite apps? Aren’t you able to update to the new versions? Follow the simple steps written below and get this fixed.
1) Go to Settings.
2) Go to Applications.
3) Go to Application Manager.
4) Select All.
5) Select the Google Play Store.
6) Click on Clear Cache and Clear Data.
7) Go back to Google Play Services inside Application Manager.
8) Select Manage Storage, Clear all data and cache.
9) Go back to Google Services Framework. Clear all cache and data.
10) Restart your device.
Get. Set. Play store!!!
