Are special characters for nokia mobiles still available

Hello guys,

I recently bought a Nokia Smartphone after was disappointed by how fast the other phones discharge power. I thought the special characters for Nokia mobiles such as long lasting batteries and strong hardware would be maintained but that's not the case. Why can't smart phones hold power for long or why can’t they use stronger batteries for them?

Dear Teo Boe,

You did not mention the model of your Nokia handset, so I cannot tell you the battery number.

Actually, high-end Nokia models maintain the quality of hardware and battery performance, but there are problems in any technology, and so Nokia service centers are established. So you can go to the nearest Nokia service center and they must help you to change the battery if it is in trouble.
