Finally Hewlett Packard launched the HP Z1 worldwide after first unveiled last February of this year. It's been said that this is the world's first all-in-one PC workstation. I am very much excited for this and I want to know, what are the internal components of this PC?

HP Z1 is already out in the market starting at $1899; it is indeed advertised as the first all-in-one workstation because of its high-end feature. You can easily upgrade parts like replace hard drive, memory or graphics card without tools because of it can easily be opened. Please see the image below:
