Archive Mailbox Not Visible in Exchange 2010

We used Exchange 2010 at work wherein each of the employees has their own mailbox and archive mailbox. I also used Exchange 2010 when I’m at home and I already configured my account at work with my account at home. However, when I’m at home my mailbox is visible while my archive mailbox is not. How can I make my archive mailbox at home visible? Help please.

Archive Mailbox Not Visible in Exchange 2010

Hi,

Please note, to see your Archive folders in Exchange 2010, you must have either:

A license for outlook 2010 Pro Plus, if you are using office 2010 at home

Must install the patch / Hotfix downloaded from: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2458611/description-of-the-office-outlook-2007-hotfix-package-outlook-x-none-m if you are using outlook 2007.

The best way to connect to your Exchange 2010 server from home with all the accessibility features, is to use the OWA (Outlook Web App). This is a thin client application and do not require any installation on your home computer, rather OWA works via Internet Explorer (See the attached figure).
