Arc map cannot open the program due to expression with errors

Hi there,

I got this error when I tried to open ArcMap. The program loaded successfully and after 10 seconds this error appeared and closed the program. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What cause this error ?

Arc map cannot open the program due to expression with errors

Hello David, 

The expressions which are filled with errors upon the opening of the Arcmap may be attributed to a Windows Vista bug. There may be errors on the egress of a desktop application subsequent to the addition of data by implementing the Add Data dialog. This may occasionally take place while the data is being retrieved into the Arc catalog from the Contents tab. The Windows Vista is the cause of the error.
