Is it possible to remove unnecessary applications from almost 2000 user PCs that are part of Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory being the administrator of the group?

Applications removed from Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory

For sure you can remove the unnecessary applications for that users of the PCs that are part of the windows 2008 R2 active Directory as long as you are in the administrator of the group but it will also depend on the level of the privileges that your account has. There may be administrator in different levels, and therefore to do the task that you are saying you will need to be the super user who has the privileges to read, write, modify and make all the changes that the administrator can without any restrictions. So you will need to check your account if you have those rights.
