Hello!

I would like to ask for your help about my Galaxy S5 phone. I installed a game and it keeps on freezing. I cannot go to any other application every time this happen. Can you give me instructions on how to resolve this problem? Can you give me alternative ways on how to eliminate this permanently? Please provide me options on how to properly install and uninstall an application from this phone. Can you provide me software that can monitor my phone memory status?
