Hello! I just bought the above mentioned tablet but there are a few unexpected problems I have been facing from the first day. One is that sometimes my tablet performs very slowly and sluggishly. This is very annoying, applications do not open properly or take a lot of time to open. Sometimes it seems like the tablet is not responding at all. What is the reason and how do I fix this? Thanks in advance for help!

  1. Make sure you have the latest software (iOS 8.2).  You can update your software to the latest version by going to Settings>General>Software Update
  2. Make sure the sluggishness isn’t due to a shortage of memory.  Go to Settings>General>Usage and close down any running apps and programs that you don’t need. Contemplate deleting and uninstalling anything that you don’t use
  3. Tap the Home button twice and swipe up on any apps that you aren’t using.  This will close them and can also free up memory usage.
  4. Updating your apps to the latest version
  5. As a last resort, you can backup and factory reset your device, and then re-install apps selectively to see if it improves the performance. First back-up your device, then go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings>Erase
