Jane Smith is the name of my girl character that I edited to my specification on PS4 in character transfer. But when I visited the barbershop I was shocked to see the characters age was too old with poor skin and wrinkles. Now I am trying to re-customize her. I am not able to fix this issue. I never have an idea of deleting my character. Can anyone provide me a better solution for fixing this issue?

That’s bad news. But remember, if you already did the character transfer from Grand Theft Auto V to your PlayStation 4 game console there is no way you can do it again. The character transfer is only allowed once and can never be repeated. So, what you can do right now, is to edit your character again.
There is also a patch for Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4 that you can download. Try installing it and then see if it fixes the issue on your character. The size of the patch is around 1.14 GB so I’m pretty sure it’ll take time before you can finally install it.
This patch addresses the issues reported by users. Though I’m not sure if your case is included but it’s worth to try.
