I am losing faith in Microsoft ability in Xbox Live

Now days my Xbox Live is becoming a piece of scrap. Two months back I was facing issues with friends list for more than 2 days. Since then I had several issues with party chat. Now when I tried playing NHL 2015, it broke down all of a sudden. I tried to login again but it is providing me several other options for creating new profile etc. I think I have lost HUT game on NHL 2015 which I had bought by investing more than 300 dollars. I am losing in Microsoft ability. Please provide me solution for this issue.

Many people have been experiencing problems in Xbox Live., there is endless list of issues with Xbox One and Xbox Live.

If there is such a problem I advise you to check your Internet connection first that might be the reason in slow working of Xbox Live. Also make sure if you are using it with WiFi router that no other device is running with same connection. Here at my side the Skype was not working and quite lately the problem fixed by using 1 device at a time on WiFi.

It is no obvious that we are loosing hope in Xbox products and Sony's PS went a step forward by its best functioning capability indeed.
