Hi. Some of the helpdesk ticketing system open source software includes-

1) UserVoice Features-

• It provides feedback to the customer care representatives to help them improve their services.

• It caters to a wider audience by connecting to facebook.

• It also suggests options to the customers. Its disadvantages include the inability to project itself as a proper forum, the requirement of SnapEngage and a lot of additional information being provided on the very first page.

2) Freshdesk Features-

• It makes use of sixteen languages and easily converts emails and tickets into articles.

• They have a user-friendly website which is easy to access.

• They can easily rank the customers too by some SLA policies.

Its disadvantages include gamification not being available for free for a fresher and are also found to be slow.
