Any Application to cut the movie?

You don’t actually need a video editing tool to cut the section of your movie and get only the part you require. There are video conversion tools that allow you to crop a video to a specific time and duration. Try using ImTOO MPEG Encoder. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and up, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Before you cut your video and save the desired part, you must know first what time it starts and what time it ends or the duration of the part you’ll cut. When all these are set, start ImTOO MPEG Encoder and load your video. Click Advanced Profile Settings next to Profile Settings, the gear icon with a pencil. See image.

Under Advanced Profile Settings pane in General, set the Start Time of the segment you want to cut in hh:mm:ss. In Duration, set the total duration in seconds of the segment you want to cut, for example 1200 for 20 minutes. You can also set the end time in Duration instead of setting the duration of the video clip. Set it in this format: hh:mm:ss. See image.

Once the Start Time and End Time or Duration is set, click on the Start button to begin cropping the video. See image.
