Another installation running on installing PaintShop Pro

Hello! 

I’ve been trying to install PaintShop Pro but it keeps saying that I have another software installation running. I tried installing for three times now and even tried to install the trial version even though I already have a Pro version. How can I install it without getting any problems?

Another installation running on installing PaintShop Pro

Hi,

It seems that there are other software being installed on your computer. Another reason for the problem could be that you clicked on the setup file multiple times. It takes some time for the installer to start installing on your computer. So you should not click it repeatedly as it will cause the installation to stop. Follow the steps below to install Paintshop correctly:

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del buttons on your keyboard to start the task manager.

2. In the task manager window you will see the list of running applications. Just right click them and select end process. The similarities end all the open applications and then close the task manager.

3. Now click the setup icon and wait for the installer to start on its own. Do not press the setup file repeatedly.
