If this is the first time that this happens with your phone, try rebooting it then see what happens. If this did not do any good, try turning off your phone, remove its back cover then remove its battery. Keep the battery detached for a couple of minutes; let’s say for 5 – 10 minutes. After this connect the battery again then start the phone. See if the previous error will appear.

If any of these procedures did not fix the problem, check your phone if you did a previous installation with it. If you happen to install an application before the problem started then maybe that application is causing a conflict in the phone’s system. Uninstall the application and if you really need to use it, download and install a much compatible version for your phone’s brand and model.
