The Flipkart Myntra deal was the biggest acquisition of the Indian ecommerce sector with a deal of around $340 million. Even though there is no comment from both Amazon and Jabong till date, now it is said that the talks are over and the deal is in the range of $1.2 billion. Is Amazon-Jabong acquisition an imitation of Flipkart-Myntra acquisition?

Hello Ronald M Peterson,   yes, You are right. The Flipkart-Myntra was the biggest acquisition in Indian economy. But the talks have once again started that Amazon is going to acquisition to Jabong. According to latest report this deal is going to be nearly about $1.2 billion. If it happens then this will have a huge effect o Indian economy. As we all know Indian market is so much sensitive. We can defiantly say this is an imitation of Flipkart-Myntra acquisition but with the same line every firm wants to grow itself and this is part of business.
