Aftereffects to Flash conversion compatibility
Which effects do I use in Aftereffects which will be best compatible with Flash file when it is converted to it? Or is it possible that the results can not be the same.

Flash Player runs SWF files. These are made from FLA files. SWF files are used to deliver animated vector graphics, audio and other data types over the Internet. Viewer interaction is also available in this file. You can click on a link to follow a web provided in this file. It also allows the user to control animation, or provide input to a rich internet application (RIA). You can render and export a movie to a SWF file. Vector graphics are maintained as vector objects by “After Effects” at maximum possible level. SWF file cannot represent raster images, motion blur, blending modes, some contents of nested compositions as vectors. Path Text, Audio Waveform, and Audio Spectrum are compatible with after effects in exporting to SWF file. Fill Over Stroke, Composite On Original and Difference mode are not supported while all other Path Text options are supported. Lines drawn from the Audio Spectrum/Waveform effects are converted to vectors.
The features like Outside Color, Softness, and Composite On Original are unsupported. In SWF files, only uniformly thick lines are incorporated.
I guess the best way to use the after effects files will be to use them in the swf format. SWF in this case are small files which cane be able to play in Flash Player. The swf file have been often used in delivering animated vector graphics, audio, and other data types over the Internet.
With the files being used in the SWF file format, you will notice that viewer interaction will be so easy, and you can just do that by simply clicking to follow a web link, or may be a control animation, or in the case where you need to provide input to a rich internet application.
