How to Reduce the size of Flash file

It depends open your file format that how it was designed and how it was implemented a good program provides more support for program as well as a medium program wastes the memory and resources of you computer. If you are using a flash video then it will be in a format of .flv then you can not change it to AVI format or some other format it must remain in the same format if you don't need to reduce the quality of your file. Also you can reduce the size and it may help in your case you can change the size of your video output and it will help also to reduce the memory use. The file size can be reduced to any size it can be 640×480 or as a size you like and it will not effect the quality of your file also. You can use any program which supports this feature and then there you can choose a size your self or you can also choose a standard which is already defined and then you can change your file in that format and size.
