What is Acrobat error 213:11? Explain the solution to fix the patches and attach a snapshot of the error?
When the user launches the Adobe Acrobat DC, then sometimes it cannot connect to the server due to corrupted data and shows the Acrobat error 213:11 with the description message ‘A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product. If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen. Error: 213:11.’
Follow the below steps to resolve this error:
Step 1: Close the Acrobat application.
Step 2: Open the Run dialog box by holding Windows Key+ R.
Step 3: Now, type ‘%appdata%’ and click OK.
Step 4: Locate and open the Adobe folder.
Step 5: Delete the Adobe PCD folder.
Step 6: Delete the SLData folder.
Now, open your application, and the error will be resolved.
