Advantages of MS Office 2007 over 2003 version

 I’ve decided to upgrade my Microsoft Office 2003 to 2007. Apart from being the latest version, is Microsoft Office 2007 better than Microsoft Office 2003? Which of these two is the best option? Should I keep my Microsoft Office 2003 or have it upgraded to 2007? I don’t have that much knowledge about Microsoft Office 2007 since the only versions of Microsoft Office I have used are 1997 and 2003. I would be grateful if you can help me decide as soon as possible.

Advantages of MS Office 2007 over 2003 version

Since you are installing Microsoft Office 2007, then there is no need to keep the Microsoft Office 2003. Microsoft is better because it comes with a lot of features, it is easier to use and the following are the reasons will make you definitely shift to ms office 2007:

• The files that you create with it are more compact in size because they are compressed.
• When using office 2007, you will find very minimal chances of corrupted files, and that is because the components are stored as separate entities, such that if one piece is damaged it will not affect the rest of the document.
• Another advantage is interoperability, whereby the information created in it can be used by any application which can read and write XML and not restricting to just Office applications.

                         MS Office 2007 is a better version of MS Office suite that incorporates all the previous versions and provides time saving features and effective content management. Advantages of MS Office 2007 over 2003 version
