My friend recommended that I should install some extension to make my life easier, but I had this error and I have messed up my Photoshop and it stopped to work. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? How can I install the extensions correctly ?

Adobe Extension Manager

If the Adobe Extension Manager failed to initialize after installing the extension, uninstall the extension you recently installed and then restart Adobe Photoshop CC. See if this works. If it doesn’t work, try first resetting the application’s Preferences. It is a good thing to try if you experience a problem when using Adobe Photoshop. To reset the Preferences, press and hold CTRL + ALT + SHIFT while starting Adobe Photoshop.
When you are prompted to delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file like in the image below, select Yes to delete the file. After this, check if Adobe Photoshop works after resetting the Preferences. See image.
Remember that resetting the Preferences will cause Adobe Photoshop to revert back to factory default. Once you verify that it is already working, just configure the application again. If the problem continues, try reinstalling Adobe Photoshop CC to restore the settings and registry entries that probably got corrupted after installing the extension.
