Hi,
I get this error message when I was starting an Adobe Creative Suite application. The message is pasted below. I am working with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator every day in my office and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. It comes out when I open any Adobe application. Does this mean that I need to buy a new license again for this to work back normally? I need some help on fixing this.

Adobe Creative Suite problem: Licensing has stopped working
You could be getting error as you have indicated in the question because of the following reasons:
-
You license expiry date has reached, and therefore to continue using the adobe programs that you have you will need to renew the license, and that you can do by contacting the adobe customer support to inquire for another product key. It may need to you part with some of your money.
-
It could also be that the program is just malfunctioning due to an action that you may have taken that may have affected its important files. For instance you might have mistakenly deleted the registration entries, and therefore the application cannot find them on execution. In that case you will need to perform a fresh installation of the program so as to fix the registry entry problems.
So you may also just try restarting the computer as the error message suggests and see what happen. Clear all processes by the application in the task manager before you restart the computer.

Adobe Creative Suite problem: Licensing has stopped working
The “Licensing for this product has stopped working” error can happen in any Adobe application like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe InDesign, and others. If you are using an Adobe application and you encounter this error, first, try applying the licensing service update. Download Adobe Licensing Repair Tool. Use without quotes “trustno1” for the password to unpack then run “LicenseRecovery.exe”.
Follow the instructions then start Photoshop once it is finished. See if this works. If it doesn’t, try setting the “FLEXnet Licensing Service” to “Manual” and then start the service manually. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Performance and Maintenance”, “Administrative Tools”, and then “Services”. Scroll down and look for “FLEXnet Licensing Service” then double-click it to open the “Properties” dialog.
In “Startup type”, select “Manual” then click “Apply”. In “Services status”, click “Start” to manually start the service. Click “OK” then exit the dialog. Start Photoshop again then see if it works. If this doesn’t work either, try renaming the “FLEXnet” folder. In Windows XP, open Windows Explorer then navigate to “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data”. In Windows Vista and Windows 7, navigate to “C:\ProgramData”.
Look for the “FLEXnet” folder then rename it to “FLEXnetold” or any name you want. Start Photoshop again then see if it works. Take note: deleting this folder discontinues or stops the trial period of any Adobe application you may have. For Mac users, trash and reinstall the program.
