Hi,

Adobe Captive allows you to insert narration, music, instructions, or almost any type of sound to your projects. But on an attempt to import audio I got the error shown below. Any ideas?

Adobe Captivate – Adding_Audio.cp Unable to decode and import the selected wav/mp3 file.

This error should be fixable by registering the Adobe DLL. Complete the following steps:

1. Close Adobe Captivate

2. Run the Command Prompt as an administrator

3. Enter the location of the directory that you have installed Adobe Captivate in

4. Run regsvr32 NSAudio.dll . You should see a message "Registration of DLL successful".

5. Find Adobe Captivate in the Programs menu, right-click on it and choose Run as Administrator.
