Adobe after effects cc error updating the program

Hi there,

I want to update Adobe After Effects CC and this error message appears. It says that I should close AdobeCrashDaemon but I didn’t find such a program open. Does anyone have any idea about this error ? Why I cannot make the proper updates ?

Adobe after effects cc error updating the program

Take the following steps to fix the problem.

• Check the "activity monitor"
• You can find it in Utility folder under "Applications"
• Open Activity Monitor.
• Take a look in "Process Name" column.
• Find something that is saying " AdobCrashDaemon"
• Quit the process, and allow the updates to run.
• In  this way your issue will be fixed.

There is another way to solve the problem.

• Right click the Task bar to choose the Task manager.
• If the application nominated in error is here.
• Then select the Application and click "end task"
• Open the process tab and find any process related to that application.
• Select the process, then click the "end process"
• now there would be no issue again.
