I have this weird error in Photoshop. I want to open a project made in Photoshop with Photoshop and this error says that my Photoshop cannot open Adobe Photoshop file format. Any solution ? What is wrong with my Photoshop ?

Adobe photoshop cannot open the psd projects
Do the following steps to fix the error.

Exit Photoshop.

Go to Applications > Utilities > terminal.

Open "terminal application."

Type in the command shown in the image.

Press return key and close the terminal.

Reboot the system.

Open Photoshop and open the image again. Now there would be no problem.
The error can be caused by the version in which it is created. There cab two possibilities.
-
If you have created this file in latest version of Photoshop and trying to open it in older one, then there would be same error.

You have to open it in version in which you have created that file.

Or it can be case of permission also. You have to set the permissions to open the file with Adobe photo shop.

In these ways you can fix the problem.
