Windows Server has many features that are still unknown to me, and I want to master them. I want to learn to add a user to the local administrators group. What do I have to do?
Adding A User To Local Administrators Group In Windows Server.
Computer Management and Net User Command allow you to achieve the access the Admin group in Windows Server 2012. I have provided the steps by using the Computer Management:
- Open Computer Management by pressing Win+X.
- Click Groups on console tree and right click the group where the new member is to be added.
- Click Add after clicking Add to Group.
- Select the Users or Computers on the appearing dialog box.
- Select the Object Types after entering the object names to select. Click Ok to complete the procedure.
