I want to add a restriction to all users using Webmail. The restriction will require them to log in using their username and password and should not access network sharing or transfer files. I will be hiring contractors and would not want them to access all the files. Please send me procedures on solving this. Thank you.

I wish you could have given some context on what you want to set the restrictions on. Is it a web application or is it a database that you have developed? Anyways, ensure that you have set the part where all the users will access the database with the read instructions so that the users can only view the messages. It is you, the administrator and the any other persons who you will assign the administrator role that you will give the read and write options so that they will be able to read and make changes to the webmail.
The features that allow you to set these settings for read and write may vary depending on which webmail application that you are using.
