Ad-Aware has encountered an error during installation

Hello troubleshooters,
Thought of having new Antivirus, I started installing the Ad-Aware Antivirus in my system. For your information I am having Windows XP 64 bit with 4GB RAM and currently having AVG Antivirus. I cannot have two antiviruses in my computer. Do I need to uninstall one? I tried to uninstall the AVG and then I tried Ad-Aware again, but no result still I am getting the same error. Please help me to sort the error. Thanks in advance.
