Recently I’ve installed RMS service over the Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V.
The time I wish to start Active Directory Rights Management Services, it results me the next error dialogued box.

A connection with the AD RMS Cluster “win-hkdh0fpvthu.wind.com” could not be established of the following reason:
The Underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Ensure that your connection is the correct protocol, such as HTTP or HTTPS, and that the port number is correct.
