The steps to resolve this error is that the user has to update Windows 10 KMS host and Windows Server 2012 R2 host product key. The user needs to follow the following steps to fix the issue:
Step 1: Log in to Volume Licensing Server center.
Step 2: Click on the License button.
Step 3: Select the Relationship summary link and click on the License ID of licenses currently active.
Step 4: Click on the Product Keys when the page loads.
Step 5: Scroll down and find ‘Windows Srv 2012R2 DataCtr/Std KMS for Windows 10.’
Step 6: Install the shown key on the KMS host.
Step 7: If the key is missing, then call the MS volume licensing volume activation center and request them to provide you the key.
