Which is the best antivirus for an antivirus memory stick and what are the corresponding procedures used to implement this to ensure secure portability of the memory stick?

You can use USB Antivirus (that's the exact name), to protect any memory cards whether its a SD,SDHC,MicroSd,MemorySticks.
The procedure is quite simple and will fit your security requirements perfectly, its not complicated and the user interface is quite simple. I will provide the link for it below along with a screenshot of the interface

Hello Jeff,

Protecting your data from viruses and malware is definitely important. Antivirus programs nowadays support installation on a USB drive. One example is Norton Antivirus. All you need to do is purchase a license and download the installer and run it within your USB stick. 

You can also install it on your computer and Norton automatically scans your removable media once detected.
