Accenture lync 2010 Windows phone troubleshooting

I just integrated Microsoft Lync and Accenture to have a unified communications platform.  I already have a digital certificate profile but I could not connect to the server  I'm also having problems signing in on my HTC Windows Phone 8X LTE with Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait CPU.  How can I troubleshoot errors in Accenture Lync 2010 Windows Phone?
