Inserting file thru pendrive from MS Word 2003 to 2007

Dear,

I would like to know about using MS Word. I used MS Word 2007 in my laptop. I need to know a question and the question is, If I insert a file through PenDrive of MS Word 2003, Do I need any software of MS Word 2003 though I use MS Word 2007?

Hello dear,

Actually the question you are asking is a good one and its answer is that when the new technology comes it will definitely support the old version files. I want to say that there is no any need of worry for this problem because you can use easily all of your files from Word 2003 in Word 2007 without any of the restriction.

But my dear keep in mind one thing that it is not true in that situation when you want to run your Word 2007 file into Word 2003. For this there is a solution and that one is you can press save as and then save it in 2003 you will find easily that option while doing save as from Word 2007.

Yes, you need to use MS Word 2003 software because you have expressed that you have wished took files using pen drive from MS Word 2003.Inserting files from MS Word 2003 you will need to open document files page in MS Word 2003 software.

You can't load your pend rive if your MS Word 2003 software is not installed. You can save your MS Word 2003 pen drive files in to MS word 2007. Well,your pen drive should  be without virus. You should to set your pen drive in CPU USB port 2.

Delete all unnecessary files and load your usable files to send it to your pen drive whether or not you have MS Word 2007 already installed.

All you need to know is that, MS Word 2007 is an updated Office software. Therefore, what you need to do is, try to locate your pen drive when in MS Word 2003, then using the add-ins, you can upload it.
