Hi. I am not very prompt with the technical stuff. I want to share my screen in a meeting which is to be organised shortly, but I don’t know the steps for doing it. How to share my screen? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. How to share my screen is a question to which I would respond by saying that I will first open Skype and start a video call on it. Next, I will tap on the icon after which click on share screens. If there multiple screens being used then the one which is to be shared should be selected. Select the share your screen menu to view the options and select either full screen or the specific window which is to be shared. Next, click on start. If the screen you are sharing needs to be changed, then click on the arrow of the drop-down menu to open it. In case, you want to end sharing the screen, select the stop sharing option. Alternatively, Cisco WebEx can be used as well.
First, log in to the WebEx website. Then, schedule a meeting from host a meeting option. Then, select the quick scheduler following which the meeting type and meeting topic can be selected. Then, confirm by entering the password of the meeting. Enter the date, time and duration of the meeting and also enter the e-mail address of all the contacts required to be present for the meeting. To begin the meeting, select the start button and then schedule the meeting. To begin the scheduled meeting, select my meetings and after the meeting is located, click on start. From the menu, select the options and ensure that the video is enabled. Select the video button which lies next to your name in the participant’s panel and click on the video of the speaker twice so that it gets displayed in full screen.
Click the video button again to stop sharing the video.
