Aakash tablet specifications not finalized

I heard a rumor that Aakash tablet which is manufactured by datawind has not finalized its specifications. But, I don’t know how they are delivering this Aakash tablet every month ? What do you people think of it?

Aakash tablet specifications not finalized

Dear Alan Farrer,

The specifications for Aakash tablet will be finalized by end of this month, Union Telecom and HRD Minister Kapil Sibal has said.

"During the course of this month, we will finalize the specifications and technology for the Aakash project and move forward with its manufacturing," Sibal said at an event over the weekend.

The reason for the delay according to the HRD ministry is that the tablet is currently being tested. In a written reply to the Parliament, the HRD ministry said that as the tablets were for testing purposes there were no norms made for their distribution to students.

But most of the Indian people and students have angry with government due to its late.
