If Wii U is to have 2 game pads, does this also imply that it will only work when used with a specific device?
Any limitations?

No you cant.Â

But You can use 2 keybords work separately like two different gamepads. Â You can of course have more than one USB/Bluetooth keyboard, or a mixture of types including PS/2, but you'll have to use different regions of the keyboard.
