I want to know which level of security is considered the most secure for my wireless network? I'm running Windows XP operating system and I'm just about to set up a secured wireless network. Please help me set up my wireless network in the most secured way.

My laptop is slow, so I tried to make it lighter by cleaning some programs and also Background programs in the startup section, using MSCONFIG.

I try to clean or disable some programs for being loaded or started when the Windows are turned on.

I found a program that not familiar to me, that is dumprep.exe if I’m not mistaken. Is this a system program or what?

What does this dumprep.exe do?

I am getting a blue screen of death seemingly randomly, and it says there is an infinite loop on one of my machines.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows XP SP3 and ATI drivers but still getting BSOD.

I have tried searching online, but it seems there are no solid solutions for this. I have posted a screenshot below for reference.

i want to open the task manager because i tried by doing "alt ctrl supp" but  i received a message stating the task manager is deactivated by the administrator.

Please what can cause this and how to resolve permanently the problem?

I am using OS XP (SP2). My modem was working well. Suddenly a screen appears which tells that Windows can not detect the USB Modem. What the problem?

For the past 3 or 4 hours, the performance of my HP laptop is quite slow. I'm only using Firefox & Google Chrome.

These are the two applications which I mostly use, but never faced any problem.

I've just checked in the Windows Task Manager & here I found that CPU usage is only 5% but the Physical Memory usage is 87%. This is something I've seen for the first time. It never reached that limit even if I'm using multiple heavy applications.

I think this 87% Physical Memory consumption is the problem, causing slow speed of my PC.

Please tell me, how can I fix this.

I’ve been using dual boot on my laptop for a sometimes, Windows XP and Ubuntu 10.

The default operating system is Windows XP, so Ubuntu was installed as a second operating system.

The booting screen currently is handled by Ubuntu.

So every time I want to log on to my Windows XP, I need to choice from the screen boot loader.

Now I want to make the default loading to Windows XP again, and get rid my Ubuntu.

But how can I do that?

I’m not mastering Ubuntu or an expert in Windows XP. Please help, it’s been annoying for me.

I have a problem with Core FTP Software. Do you know it is used to upload our files from our system to FTP Server.

I downloaded it  from www.coreftp.com. When I tried to install it then I have encountered this problem.

What is this problem? Is it a problem with that software?

Or It is the problem in my system? I used Windows XP.
