Windows OS
I have a Windows 2003 Network Operating System organized to be my domain controller. I acquired a new computer with the intention of utilizing it as my new server. I would like to move all my accounts and configurations to my new computer/server without having to build it up from the beginning.
Can you advise me on how to proceed?
Thank you.

I am wondering what could be wrong with my network permissions. I am using Windows XP SP2 operating system on my computer (MyPC). I have a folder (MyFolder) on it that I am sharing with “everyone” giving them full security permissions as users and administrators with full control. I tested the access using another computer and got a message saying that the shared folder (\MyPC\MyFolder) cannot be accessed and that I might not have permission to open this shared folder.
This message also came up: Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Please help me figure out what’s wrong here. Thanks.

My computer seems to have crashed, and I don’t know why.
This the status of my computer right now:
- There are no icons appearing on my desktop.
- When I look at “All Programs”, only Adobe is visible.
- Task manager cannot be opened.
- On right clicking the desktop, nothing happens.
- Under “Program Manager” I can see some programs listed but cannot open them.
- Internet explorer icon is not available

Hello,
When I issue legitimate commands on MS-DOS such as "ping" and "ipconfig", the error below always pop up:
"[command] is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file."
You can refer to the attached image. However, when I change the directory to "C:WINDOWSsystem32", the commands will work. Setting the directory to anything else will fail.
I'm using Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3. Also, I have another computer using the same OS, yet I can type in commands anywhere without getting the error. What could be wrong?

I am using a 500GB Western Digital USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Windows 8 installed on it. It is running on several computers and is working perfectly until yesterday. On start up, it shows the Win8 Boot screen but proceeds to show a blue screen and an error message: "0xC000021A".
I attempted to display Win8 Boot loader using the Options menu but get the same error message. This is common for all-in-one computers and have not yet seen it on a laptop. What could be the problem?

I have a Windows 7 Enterprise on my computer. and I am using a boot virtual hard disk which works perfectly. I have to execute several commands prior to booting the virtual hard disk.
What is the best way to boot a virtual hard disk. Can I modify the boot loader? The virtual hard disk must be copied before it will boot up, then I can boot/start it. Is it possible to run a read-only virtual hard disk to automatically record outputs needed into a temporary partition?

I kept my PC turned off for a few days. When I restart, at the bottom of blue screen indicates such as “collecting crash dump” and it starts up. But I cannot turn off the PC now.
It always keeps turning back as I restarted. I need to know the cause for this issue?
