I received a prf file on my email.  When I double-clicked it, Outlook pops out with the error "Pics rule file".  How do I open pics rule file extension on Windows 7?

I recently installed Windows 7 on my HP Envy DV6t 7200 with 3rd Gen Core i7 2.4 GHz.  My laptop used to run on Xp and everything runs just fine.  Upon upgrading to Windows 7, bluetooth does not work.  It doesn't detect my bluetooth devices.  Do I have to reinstall the driver and where can I get bluetooth for hp windows 7 downloads?

The Microsoft report designer is a collection of graphical query and tools for editing, it provides also a report data pane to be able to organize your report. I have already installed the Microsoft report designer on my computer but it cannot run, I don't know why. Is a Microsoft report designer doesn't compatible with Window 7? Please explain in a way that I can understand.

I recently purchased new Dell Inspiron laptop with operating system Windows 7. It is very shocking for me that Windows 7 doesn’t show the thumbnail for TGA files. I searched on the internet and found that Windows has not the ability to show the thumbnail. I am looking for a tool or software that can show tga thumbnail for windows 7.
