Hi all, 

I just upgraded my laptop to windows 8.1 Pro x64. I have a Sony Vaio laptop,VPCEA1S1E, with an intel core i3 cpu and 4 GB of Ram. My main problem is that i can't find the latest driver for my graphic card which is the ATI mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series. When i open my device manager, i find two alerts under unknown devices. How can i fix this?

Dear All, given that my satellite decoder has pre-recording facilities, i tried to access the recording feature by plugging in my external hard drive. On the first hand the operation failed as my decoder failed to recognise the device. When i tried to plug in the hard drive in my laptop again, it was not detected by windows. I have a windows 8, x64 config. When i check device manager, i can see the drive's partition but i cannot access it the conventional way. Can anyone help me please. 

I have a windows system that has a 4GB Ram and was quite fast, recently I noticed that the speed had reduced, upon checking at my taskbar I found a service running an unusual high memory., is this a malware? How do I get to stop it or reduce the memory allocation to it.? Is it possible to correct replace this service and how would this be archived?

I am running Windows 7 64 bit on my computer. The PC is quite good with a 4 TB hard drive, 16 GB RAM and an i7 Quad Core processor by Intel. I am looking to setup a server in a laboratory of about 20 computers. Can I use my current computer with the current Operating System to setup a server for the lab? Do you recommend buying the server edition of windows to setup a server? Or will the current PC do my job?

I bought a new Microsoft Surface from an online store. I turned it on and now it tells me to connect a Microsoft account to my recently bought surface. When I enter my information, i get the error " We're sorry, but something went wrong. This user wasn't added to this PC. Error: 0x800b0101". Did this PC belong to someone else before me? What is this error? How can I fix it?

Why is it difficult to install apps from window 8 store? Whenever I tried installing apps from window 8 store, I sometimes get this message: “Something happened and this app couldn’t be installed”. Why am I getting this message? Could it be that the anti virus and window firewall that is enable the cause? Should I disable the firewall?

I want to gather the static files installed on disk F: and not on hard drive disk C:. I am using the Django Stack software by Bitnami. The static files need to be compressed and stored in one location. I am running the command on python as manage.py collectstatic –traceback. But I get the error that the directory name is invalid with an error code 267. Is my command wrong? Is this a problem with my Windows 7? Kindly guide.
