How can we assign password to open or rename or delete a folder in Windows 7?

Hi guys, I’ve got a problem. I was using the latest version of VMCLite V 3.2.1. But I just reinstall this on Windows 7 on my PC. When I plug the modem in, it installs for a certain time. But after some time an error message occurs.

I can't understand the problem. So I need a solution for this issue.

I have recently deleted some necessary files along with other files. I have found the mistake lately and need to recover them. I am using windows 7 operating system and I have heard that those files lost can be recovered and I am in some predicament since I do not know of the process. Should someone know of the technique kindly help me out with this problem.

I have Lenovo ThinkPad running on Windows 7 premium x86.

After I rebooted it yesterday, explorer is no longer starting.

I tried to start it manually from task manager, but it won't help.

I, then repaired the computer, scan it for viruses, and defragmented the registry.

But all this couldn't help.

How to solve this issue ?

Every time I open my laptop, it always says that drivers installation  failed?

I have purchased a Windows 7 original DVD. Now I want to format my Hard Disk and make a fresh installation of windows 7. When I boot from DVD it stops with an error message which is "can not Process installation" and some error codes.

Note: The previous windows vista was built in with the laptop.

I have recently changed my operating system from Linux to windows 7 and my linux softwares are not running on my new operating system. I do not know if there different softwares for different operating system. If so is there a way to run my previous softwares on my current windows 7 operating system.

I am an expert on the computer but this has me baffled. I installed my graphic program on my hard drive and have saved files on the program. I can see them when I go into the graphic program and go into file open – they are all listed. However, when I look in Windows Explorer I cannot find the documents I saved on my hard drive. Help. How can i locate the entire file?

My computer running slower now than before.

I am using same programs for long time. I did not install any new program.
