My PC got corrupted, and the only option is to reformat it. The problem is, I cannot find the DVD for my Windows-7 upgrade from the original Vista to Win-7. The product key is in that DVD. I got into the System Recovery Options but there are no listed OS nor do I have system restore. Is there a recover product key command prompt code that I could enter so I could find out what’s the current product key of the OS installed?

I have just upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows XP. The computer has begun freezing within a few minutes after it starts up. It asks me to choose whether to boot into safe mode or not.

Unfortunately, it cannot boot into safe mode, or use anything else in the menu. I tried using the CD drive and hard disk to no vain. Consequently, I cannot downgrade to XP.

Has anyone experienced such a problem?

What could be the solution?

The Windows 7 I used in the past worked well with Titanium Security 2011 3.0 I installed without any problem.

Just the other day, I tried re-installing Windows 7 together with the SPI, but when I attempt to set up TMS 2011 3.0, it does not work.
