Recently web 2.0 is becoming more and more popular but what is the main difference between web 2.0 and web 1.0 and its advantage over the other?

After many days I just installed windows XP in my computer.

It was a hasty installation.

When I installed my required software there were no problem at all.

As I started to browse the pages that starts with "https" , I can not go through that particular page but it showing SSL Certificate Error.

How can I fix the problem now.

Dreamweaver MX template shows me this error "Nested editable regions" even though there are no nested editable regions and it also refuses to update the linked pages.

Please tell me what could be wrong?
