I have a Dell Inspiron Convertible laptop that the warranty just ended on it. Now my touch screen is not working at all. The nice part of this laptop was to use it as a tablet. Is it possible to replace the screen on one? Or could it be a software problem?

Hello, I am using to iPhone 5. Both of them is having same problem that is annoying me too much. The problem is- while charging, they are not responding at all.
