I was using Windows Media Player for playing music on a music site then randomly Real Player was used instead.

However, I got this error message, see below. I tried to go to other radio sites, but the same thing happened.

What should I do next? Hope to get some advice.

I recently installed Adobe Illustrator and started it when I received this error, see screenshot below. 

I tried reinstalling the software, and I got the same problem.  I really didn’t know how to resolve this. 

I hope an expert from this forum would help resolve the error, and it would be much appreciated.

A recently installed Nero program suddenly won't start when I run it on my computer. I've been able to use it a short time before, but now this message blocks the program every time I start it. Can I download the missing file and will it fix the problem? Thank you so much for advice about this one.

This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system.

A few minutes into the process it stalls and comes up with this error.
