How to fix certificate error

This is my problem for almost 3 day. Everytime I log on to twitter, certificate is always error and the date and time of my computer is correct. How can I fix this ? Thanks is advance.

Hello,

I need to block certain advertising which I find really uncomfortable with and they just keep popping up again and again. I need to know if there is a process or software or browser which may block the unwanted ads. Should someone know of the solution kindly informs me about it.
