Hi, I want a favor from you guys regarding an HP Printer software problem. I wanted to update my HP printer software and downloaded the new version via the HP update application. Just after my download I was startled by getting an error message below:

 "The feature you are trying to use is on network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'status.msi' in the box below."

Hi I would like to print the landscape orientation with a Samsung ML-1610 and have also installed the printer drivers related to it but the problem is that it is being printed in portrait mode and the operating system used is Linux opensuse 11.4 and the printer am using is SAMSUNG ML 1610 and the motherboard is asus m3a-h. I want to do something in the service menu of my Roland SC-545EX but the problem is I don’t know to enter the service menu of the printer. I know that after entering the service mode menu I can do the job next to it because it is a menu driven system. All I need to do is just search for the function on the menu. I know that expert on this site can give me the code.
