Am trying to work on a project which involves the following: The user will enter his registration number as an example and clicks on submit button present on the same page. As soon as the button is clicked, the value of the registration number should get displayed in second page. That is all my requirement is. I am here exactly trying to understand the procedure of sharing variables among multiple PHP pages. I am using sessions for this but unable to succeed. Is there any good approach than using sessions to get this done quickly?

I have to display images of an event in HTML page. I have got all the files on server already. I am using dream viewer to design the html file. How into sliders to a group of photos. The photos are of different size. How to make sliders work for different set of images of different sizes. How to set the window dynamic so that it adjusts itself for different images. Are there any image sliders which sense the mouse position and perform animations such as next or previous buttons? Thank you for replying.

I am implementing online Database collection for a project on birds. I want the users to take photos around the birds and send them to me. In order to avoid email communication, I want to allow the users to upload the files to server themselves. I can make use of Google drive or drop box but since I have a space of decent GB in mu server itself, I want to know how to enable the end user of html page to upload a file into my server? Are there any built in functions for that in dream viewer?

I am working on a server project where I need to collect data from the user in the form of .dat file and I have to process it and display the result online. The problem I am facing is once the user uploads the file there is no issue. But, assume user clicks on add files button, he selects multiple files and before clicking on upload button if he or she feels that one or some files in the selected list has to be removed, it cannot be done. Is this a known limitation? Is it browser dependant? Are there any solutions for the above said issue? Thank you for you time.

I am working on a face recognition project and would like to develop a basic HTML file with few programming actions. I want to assign a window to the Webcam output so that whenever the user comes, adjust his face and clicks a button; my system will take a photo of him. I have good resolution camera aligned with the webcam camera. Webcam is primarily used to make sure the program is running and is only feedback to the ser of how much face is being captured. This is being run for a database collection. I could use a mirror too, but I want to use webcam as a source of authentication also. Thank you for your help.

What are the steps to be followed to recover database? Where will be the database basically dropped into? I am still learning the database and I recently dropped a database with good number of shopping data I had created. Searching everywhere for the way to recover but all went in vain. Can anybody help me in recovering database for me? Will the pages be still on disk and I could run some file recovery software? Is it easy or I should consult a profession in case the dropped database is of paramount importance?
