Every time I am installing any software a Direct X error is coming. The error message is ‘The installation of this application is not able to resume because of the Direct X 9 is not available in the computer. The software is not able to open because of the ‘d3dx927.dll’ file is missing. ’ Please help me to fix this problem. I will be thankful for all help and support.

My Asus K52F has got a 64 bit Ubuntu 11.04 system. There was a time that my webcam was malfunctioning. At the time I got the following information from the lsusb utility that displays information about USB buses: “Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04f2:b071 Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd 2.0M UVC Webcam / CNF7129”. As I tried to deal with the problem, I obtained Google Chrome’s 64 bit .deb file.  However, I came to learn that my image was appearing vertically inverted during a chat. I the search for a solution, I got the information that using this command at the initiation of Google chrome would help i.e. LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so Google-chrome. I however got an error message as shown:

I have problems installing the updated version of HTC Sync Software. I am thinking that the possible reason for this is because the software Adobe Air is having conflicts in the installation. I got an error “This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found.” I downloaded the newest version of Adobe AIR but still received an error on installing it. The error says “An error occurred during installation. . .  An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR, Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator.” I am the only one who uses this computer. What is causing this? Please help.

Hi. I have Windows 7 Professional 32-Bit PC. I am having issue using Adobe Air 3.2.0.1320 Beta 2 when opening Photoshop. The error is “Adobe Air – The installation of this application is damaged.” I have tried to resolve this in the best way I can but I always end up having the same error. I uninstalled the software and then re-installed it back again, I tried to delete again and go back to the previous version, I even tried the Fix It feature in Microsoft website to automatically fix my problem, I manually removed everything that are connected with Adobe Air, but all this doesn’t work when I open Photoshop. I can use Photoshop in other features, but not with Adobe Air. How can I resolve this?
 

I have Mac PC with OS X 10.6.4 and Adobe Soundbooth CS5. When starting Soundbooth and open Looks3_AE.plugin I got an error:

I finally decided to use Windows 7 OS after some months of thinking. It is working well at first but when I tried to install my Adobe CS3 to it, I got an error stating:

"E:Adobe CS3Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 bit Application."

I need this software and I can use it with Windows XP without having any problems or issues. And also, when I clicked on the Properties window, it will just stop working. Does anyone here who has an idea on this matter? Many Thanks.

Okay, I’ve been all over the web looking for a solution for a problem I encountered with my recently downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS5 trial version from its website itself, and I found nothing that can really help me.

I have a Vaio laptop and I this is where I want the Photoshop CS5 installed. The latest version of wine is already installed on it. I am a newbie with regards to the usage of Linux and I totally promised to myself not to go back to Windows and Mac.

It is because recently I downloaded an Adobe Photoshop CS5 which I didn’t know that the version I have is the “subscription version”. I have a serial code generator program which really works, so I tried typing in the serial but it’s always asking me to give my Adobe username and password, when I just do that it will prompt me with this message, “We are unable to start your subscription.” And I could no longer use the program

I can’t understand why this is happening, so I would really appreciate any suggestions and advices to help me fix this issue.

I would like to save a UIImage in a separate folder that is already created in the album section of an iPad. I am able to save the photo using the UIImage Write to Saved Photos Album function in “Saved Photo” section in Album. How can I make it possible to save the photo in a different folder in iPad?
